Tata Nano will place 1 billion Indian people on the drivers seat. As the promise of Mr.Ratan Tata he is going to launch nano in Rs. 1lakh (the dealer price),taxes and insurance will be extra. we can expect in around 1lakh and 20 thousand and will be launched in October.but is it all about the money?
Comparing with Maruti 800,the length of the car is 7%shorter and the inside space is 21% larger then the Maruti 800. Its heart is 623cc 2 cylinder engine whereas the Maruti runs on 3 cylinder 796cc.so less powerful then Maruti, but on the city road it does not matter a much. Fuel efficiency is same as Maruti 800(20kmpl on standard conditions*). It is a rear engine real wheel drive. It is a small stylish wonder car (have a look), surely it will be the winner, and will be in the home of a billion indian people.
